Stage & Production Team

These volunteers handle everything related to performances.

• Stage Manager: Oversees all stage activity and transitions between sets.

• Sound Technicians: Operate the soundboard and microphones.

• Lighting Technicians: Control stage and ambient lighting.

• Stage Hands: Help move instruments and equipment between sets.

Setup & Teardown Crew

These are your early arrivers and late leavers.

• Setup Crew: Set up tents, tables, signage, chairs, stage equipment, etc.

• Teardown Crew: Clean up and restore the venue after the event.

Worship & Prayer Support

Keep the event spiritually grounded.

• Prayer Team: Pray before, during, and after the event. Available to pray with attendees.

• Altar/Ministry Team: Minister to people who respond to altar calls or worship moments.

• Spiritual Care Leaders: Provide counsel and connect people to local churches.

Safety & Security

To ensure peace and order.

• Security Team: Monitor event grounds, prevent disturbances.

• Medical Team / First Aid: Handle minor injuries or emergencies.

• Parking Team: Direct vehicles efficiently and safely.

Administration

Keep everything organized behind the scenes.

• Volunteer Coordinator: Organizes, trains, and communicates with all volunteers.

• Logistics Coordinator: Keeps the event on schedule and ensures every area has what it needs.

Before and during the event.

• Social Media Team: Promote before, live-stream, post during event.

• Photographers/Videographers: Capture highlights for future promotion.

• Graphic Designers: Create signage, flyers, and digital materials.

• Marketing & Outreach Team: Contact churches, distribute flyers, engage the community.

Media, Promotion & Communications

Vendor & Food Management

If you’ll have booths or food.

• Vendor Coordinator: Oversees vendor setup, placement, and needs.

• Food Service Team: Manages concessions, food trucks, or water stations.

• Clean-Up Crew: Keeps eating areas tidy and trash-free.
